The month of March has been filled with so much joy as we focused on spreading kindness throughout our school community. One of the highlights was our March Kindness Bracket Board. Whenever a class was spotted showing an act of kindness, they earned a post-it note and advanced to the next round. It was incredible to see the excitement build as students encouraged one another and worked together to show kindness.
More importantly, what stood out most was the genuine care our students showed for one another, our staff, and visitors in the building. We saw students helping a friend who was feeling sad, pausing in line to let someone pass, and even taking the time to help a classmate tie their shoes. These small but meaningful acts are what truly define our school community.
As we reflect on this month, we are reminded of the importance of serving others. As it says in Galatians 5:13, “Serve one another humbly in love.” We are so proud of our students for living out this message each day.
As we move into April, we are looking forward to our All-School Easter Chapel. This is a special time for us to come together and celebrate the joy and hope that comes from the truth that Jesus is risen. Easter reminds us of God’s great love for us and the promise of new life. As it says in Matthew 28:6, “He is not here; he has risen, just as he said.” This message is at the heart of our faith and is a powerful reminder of hope, renewal, and love.
We pray that each of you has a wonderful and restful Easter Break. As a reminder, there will be no school from April 3rd through April 10th. Classes will resume on April 13th.
As we enter the month of April, we are excited to continue building a strong, positive school culture rooted in faith, integrity, and high expectations for all students.
Our Bible verse for the month is: “Do what is right and good in the Lord’s sight, so that it may go well with you.” — Deuteronomy 6:18
At school, we are focusing on helping students “do the right next thing.” This means making choices that reflect honesty, responsibility, and integrity, even when it’s difficult. We know this can be challenging for young children, but it is such an important life skill. We would love your partnership at home in reinforcing this message and encouraging your child to always choose what is right, no matter the situation.
We also want to share a quick attendance update. Our school-wide goal is 95%, and we are currently at 94%. We are so close! Daily attendance and arriving on time are critical to your child’s success. Being present at school helps build strong relationships with peers and teachers and ensures students continue growing academically in preparation for the next grade level. With less than two months of school remaining, every day truly counts, and we still have a lot of important learning ahead.
As the weather gets warmer, please remember that students are expected to be in uniform each day. This includes a grey polo, tan or black khaki pants or skirts, no shorts and closed-toe shoes. Your support with this helps us maintain a consistent and focused learning environment.

Aug Prep is exploring the launch of the Aug Prep Arts Academy, a new program offering individualized arts instruction with dedicated instructors committed to helping students excel and develop high-quality artistic skills. 3 a 10 de abril: No hay clases - Vacaciones de primavera
El mes de marzo ha estado lleno de mucha alegría, ya que nos enfocamos en promover la bondad en toda nuestra comunidad escolar. Uno de los momentos más destacados fue nuestro tablero del “March Kindness Bracket”. Cada vez que se observaba a una clase mostrando un acto de bondad, ganaban una nota adhesiva y avanzaban a la siguiente ronda. Fue increíble ver cómo crecía la emoción mientras los estudiantes se animaban unos a otros y trabajaban juntos para demostrar bondad.
Más importante aún, lo que más destacó fue el cuidado genuino que nuestros estudiantes mostraron unos por otros, hacia nuestro personal y hacia los visitantes del edificio. Vimos a estudiantes ayudando a un amigo que se sentía triste, haciendo una pausa en la fila para dejar pasar a alguien, e incluso tomándose el tiempo para ayudar a un compañero a amarrarse los zapatos. Estos pequeños pero significativos actos son los que realmente definen a nuestra comunidad escolar.
Al reflexionar sobre este mes, recordamos la importancia de servir a los demás. Como dice en Gálatas 5:13: “Sírvanse unos a otros con amor y humildad.” Estamos muy orgullosos de nuestros estudiantes por vivir este mensaje cada día.
Al comenzar abril, esperamos con entusiasmo nuestra Capilla de Pascua de toda la escuela. Este es un momento especial para reunirnos y celebrar la alegría y la esperanza que provienen de la verdad de que Jesús ha resucitado. La Pascua nos recuerda el gran amor de Dios por nosotros y la promesa de una nueva vida. Como dice en Mateo 28:6: “No está aquí; ha resucitado, tal como lo dijo.” Este mensaje está en el corazón de nuestra fe y es un poderoso recordatorio de esperanza, renovación y amor.
Oramos para que cada uno de ustedes tenga unas vacaciones de Pascua maravillosas y llenas de descanso. Como recordatorio, no habrá clases del 3 al 10 de abril. Las clases se reanudarán el 13 de abril.

Nos encantaría contar con su apoyo en casa para reforzar este mensaje y animar a su hijo(a) a siempre elegir lo correcto, sin importar la situación.
También queremos compartir una breve actualización sobre la asistencia. Nuestra meta escolar es del 95% y actualmente estamos en 94%. ¡Estamos muy cerca! La asistencia diaria y llegar a tiempo son fundamentales para el éxito de su hijo(a).
