Unity Through Community: Bringing Our Eagles & Lions Together

At Aug Prep, our mission comes to life when we gather in faith, fellowship, and community. Our first-ever Unity Through Community Tailgate brought students and staff from our North and South campuses together to celebrate school spirit and cheer on the Eagles as they faced the Lions in an exciting soccer matchup.

Under warm, sunny skies, the afternoon was filled with laughter, conversation, and opportunities to build connections beyond the classroom. Students and staff enjoyed the festivities, strengthened relationships across campuses, and came together to support our student-athletes.

That same energy carried onto the soccer field, where familiar faces and enthusiastic cheers reminded our athletes that they had a community proudly standing behind them.

One of the afternoon’s highlights was watching our community rally behind the athletes as they took the field. Our North Outreach Director captured the moment perfectly:

“The smiles on the athletes’ faces as we cheered them onto the field were priceless! This was more than just a game; it was the Aug Prep Way!”

The tailgate reflected this year’s theme, Stronger Together: United in Christ. Through shared experiences, encouragement, and showing up for one another, we put our faith into action.

The event was a reminder that the Aug Prep experience extends beyond the classroom and athletic field. It is built through the relationships we nurture, the support we offer, and the sense of belonging we create together.

As we continue to live out the Aug Prep Way, may we carry this spirit into all that we do—serving in love, celebrating one another, and creating opportunities to grow together in faith and fellowship.

Together, we are stronger in Christ.
