Passionate about expanding educational opportunities, Jacob is dedicated to helping students and families find the support and resources they need to succeed. Known for his genuine and approachable nature, he is often the first point of contact for families interested in the North Campus — always ready to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure every interaction is welcoming, informative, and meaningful.

With nearly 15 years of educational leadership experience in Milwaukee, Nghia Williams serves as the founding K-8 Principal of Aug Prep North. Rooted in faith and committed to the success of every scholar, she brings extensive experience in school leadership, culture-building, and trauma-informed care. Passionate about fostering strong partnerships and nurturing the whole child, Nghia is dedicated to creating a community where students grow academically, emotionally, and spiritually.
