With nearly 15 years of educational leadership experience in Milwaukee, Nghia Williams serves as the founding K-8 Principal of Aug Prep North. Rooted in faith and committed to the success of every scholar, she brings extensive experience in school leadership, culture-building, and trauma-informed care. Passionate about fostering strong partnerships and nurturing the whole child, Nghia is dedicated to creating a community where students grow academically, emotionally, and spiritually.
